KY Handy was founded on a simple standard: show up, do the job right, and treat every home like it's your own. Our founder served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard before building a 17-year career across maintenance, construction, and facilities work — carrying that same discipline and attention to detail into every project.

Today, KY Handy is a veteran & family-owned business serving Louisville and the surrounding Kentucky communities, offering everything from small repairs to full outdoor builds.
